Muscat Pro Services offers residential and commercial home furniture shifting and moving services within Oman. We aim to provide safe, timely, and professional relocation solutions.

2. Booking & Payment

• All service bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

• Prices may vary depending on the volume, distance, and complexity of the move.

• A quotation will be provided before confirming the service.

• Full or partial payment may be required in advance, depending on the nature of the service.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable period.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure that your items are ready for moving at the agreed time.

• Inform us of any fragile or high-value items in advance.

• Grant access to the premises at both pickup and drop-off locations.

• Ensure that elevators, parking, and other access points are available where required.

5. Liability

• We take all reasonable care to move your belongings safely.

• Muscat Pro Services is not liable for damages caused by:

  • Improperly packed items (unless packed by us)

  • Items with pre-existing damage

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

• For valuable or delicate items, we recommend separate insurance coverage.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted for transport:

• Flammable or hazardous materials

• Illegal substances

• Cash, jewelry, or other high-value personal items (unless disclosed and agreed upon)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Muscat Pro Services website (logos, text, images, design) is the property of Muscat Pro Services and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
